Straight answers about what MLSP is, how park partnerships work and what any investment pathway does and does not involve.
No. Site suitability depends on location, available space, servicing, demand, planning, commercial feasibility and partner alignment.
Capital arrangements are project-specific. MLSP explores structures that may involve aligned capital partners; no funding arrangement is assumed until the relevant parties agree in formal documentation.
Operating responsibilities are project-specific. In most conversations the park owner continues to operate the park, with the accommodation arrangement defined in the project documentation. Where an operating and booking layer applies, its role is agreed as part of that structure.
Approval obligations are project-specific and are established in the project documentation. MLSP does not represent that it handles or resolves approvals on a park owner’s behalf. Requirements vary by local government area, by the classification of the park and by what is proposed.
Modular construction moves the majority of the build offsite, which is designed to reduce the on-site works window compared with conventional construction. Site preparation, servicing connections and installation still take place at the park, and the extent varies by site.
No. This website provides general information about MLSP’s model. It is not an offer, invitation, recommendation or financial advice. Any opportunity is assessed separately and documented formally.
MLSP does not publish guaranteed returns. Commercial outcomes depend on site-specific assumptions, costs, approvals, delivery, demand, operating performance and the final legal structure.
Appropriate opportunities are shared only after suitability and qualification. Any opportunity is subject to separate due diligence, eligibility assessment and formal documentation, and remains subject to your own independent advice.
MLSP expects any project-specific opportunity to be interrogated across five areas: the site, the asset, the structure, the operations and the risk. Planning and approvals, construction and delivery, demand and operating performance all sit within that assessment.
MLSP is a development and partnership platform. We help bring together site opportunity, project structure, aligned capital and modular supply. The builder or supplier involved in any project is determined through the project-specific process.
MLSP is focused on Western Australian caravan and holiday park accommodation opportunities.
Where applicable to the project model, Cabinly is the booking and revenue-management operating layer associated with the network. The exact role and arrangement are project-specific.
It is a single 45-minute conversation covering the site or the opportunity you are exploring, whether there is a realistic fit, and what a pathway would involve. There is no obligation, and a clear “this is not a fit” is a legitimate and common outcome.
