Every project carries a stage, and the stage means something.
A project is never shown at a stage it has not reached. The labels below are used consistently and are only applied once the stage is documented.
Exploring
An opportunity is under early assessment. Nothing is agreed, and the site may not progress.
Feasibility
Detailed commercial, technical, planning and partnership work is underway.
Partnership
A partnership structure has been documented between the relevant parties.
Installation
Modules are being delivered and installed at the site.
Operating
Accommodation is complete and has entered the operating pathway.

One project is approved for publication. Each entry carries a documented stage, and no detail appears here before it is confirmed and released by the site owner.

Vineyard and ridge land at an established Margaret River estate, suitable for self-contained cabin accommodation alongside the estate’s existing cellar door, restaurant and events operations.
MLSP supplied the modular cabins and coordinated their installation on site.

Accommodation details are published with the site owner’s approval. Every cabin includes a kitchenette, private bathroom, BBQ and air conditioning, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a skylit ceiling. Cabin configurations and availability are managed by the estate and may change; MLSP does not operate the accommodation or take bookings.

The markers shown are indicative of the intended network footprint only. They are not confirmed project sites, and no site should be inferred from their placement.
What we will not publish.
These rules apply to every entry on this page, without exception:
- No project is shown as operating, approved, funded, partnered or installed without documented confirmation.
- Cabin counts, investment values, occupancy and revenue figures are not published unless approved and evidenced.
- A project name or location appears only with the park owner’s approval.
- An unconfirmed render is never presented as a confirmed project.
- MLSP’s role is described factually, and never as delivered until a project is complete.
If a detail is not on this page, the most likely reason is that it is not yet approved for publication.
