A structured path from site opportunity to operating accommodation.
MLSP is designed to coordinate the conversations and workstreams that sit between a promising park site and an operating modular accommodation project. The precise sequence varies by site, but the model follows a practical path.
The model at a glance
Six parties, one coordinated pathway.
No single participant carries the whole project. MLSP’s role is to hold the pathway together so each contribution lands at the right point.
Park Owner
Land, local knowledge and site participation.
MLSP
Structure, coordination and partnerships.
Capital Partner
Investment capability for viable projects.
Modular Supply
Offsite manufacturing capability.
Operating Layer
Booking and revenue management.
Accommodation
Operating, bookable accommodation.
The process
From first conversation to operating accommodation.
Most sites do not travel the full path. Each step is a decision point, not a formality.
01
Site opportunity
A park owner or partner brings forward a potential site and its accommodation objective. This is the starting point for every project.
02
Initial fit
MLSP considers broad fit, including location, site context, demand and partner alignment. Many conversations conclude here, and that is a legitimate outcome.
03
Feasibility and structure
Suitable opportunities move into detailed commercial, technical, planning and partnership discussions. This is where a project either becomes real or is set aside.
04
Capital and supply
The project team coordinates appropriate capital and modular supply pathways. Arrangements are project-specific and settled in formal documentation.
05
Delivery planning
Installation, servicing, approvals, handover and operating responsibilities are planned around the site rather than applied from a template.
06
Operate and learn
Accommodation enters the operating pathway, with bookings and revenue management handled under the agreed project model.
