Site opportunity
A park owner or partner brings forward a potential site and its accommodation objective. This is the starting point for every project.
Initial fit
MLSP considers broad fit, including location, site context, demand and partner alignment. Many conversations conclude here, and that is a legitimate outcome.
Feasibility and structure
Suitable opportunities move into detailed commercial, technical, planning and partnership discussions. This is where a project either becomes real or is set aside.
Capital and supply
The project team coordinates appropriate capital and modular supply pathways. Arrangements are project-specific and settled in formal documentation.
Delivery planning
Installation, servicing, approvals, handover and operating responsibilities are planned around the site rather than applied from a template.
Operate and learn
Accommodation enters the operating pathway, with bookings and revenue management handled under the agreed project model.
What steps four and five actually look like.
Modular delivery moves the majority of construction work away from the park, which is the single biggest practical difference for an operating site.
Manufacture
Substantial construction completed offsite in a controlled environment.
Transport
Modules moved to site, with route and access planned in advance.
Installation
Placement onto prepared foundations and connection to services.
Handover
Completion, commissioning and entry into the operating pathway.
Timing, sequencing, approvals and site works vary by project.
