MLSP is not a vendor. We are a development partner — and every partnership is built on proportional investment and shared returns.
We work with a select number of caravan and campsite parks across Western Australia. If your site meets our criteria, we structure a project together — bringing cabin supply, project management, and future booking activation through Cabinly.
Site owners and MLSP co-invest in each cabin project. Returns are distributed in proportion to that investment.
This is a genuine partnership — not a lease, not a licence. You invest in the project, and you earn the majority of what it generates.
Aravina Escapes — Margaret River, WA 21 modular cabins. Fully booked. Demonstrating real market demand for quality short-stay cabin accommodation in Western Australia.
This is the model. It works.
Yes. Site owners are required to contribute at least 40% of the project cost. This is a co-investment model — not a grant or subsidy. MLSP helps explore available finance options and government support programs, but we do not substitute your contribution with third-party investors.
We work with sites that can support 20–50 cabins. Smaller placements are not part of our current network model.
Cabins will be listed and managed through Cabinly.au, our dedicated booking platform. Cabinly handles online reservations, guest management, and revenue distribution. (Platform launching soon.)
AirVilla is our signed cabin supply partner. All cabins meet MLSP’s quality and compliance standards.
No. We are selective. We are targeting 30 priority park locations across WA in 2026. If you are interested, submit an expression of interest now — availability is limited.
